I have experience with a range of different specific mental health issues, from Anxiety, Bereavement, Grief and loss, Depression, Traumatic experiences, Stress and feelings around Long-Term, Terminal Illness. I will always take things at your pace, and look to approach your recovery with a blend of traditional counselling techniques. Your journey through Counselling at times maybe hard so having the right Counsellor is so very important so you feel supported every step of the way, feeling comfortable to explore yourself. Reccomended period of sessions is at least 25 hours with 50 minutes talking Therapy once weekly for optimum results.
